John H. Graziadei has extensive experience representing individuals and organizations in entertainment and business matters as well as litigating civil, business, securities, and other corporate matters at the administrative, trial, and appellate levels. Although a passionate trial lawyer at heart, John's practice includes counseling individuals, boards of directors, and senior management with respect to film and television production and distribution, corporate governance and "business judgment rule" issues, regulatory, investigatory, and other matters. 

John has represented designers, producers, directors, actors and actresses, film production companies, studios, emerging businesses, and large institutions such as Fox Entertainment, CBS Westinghouse, The Bank of New York, Bear Stearns, and The City of New York. Through Graziadei.Law's alliances with select european law firms, John represents many of the best-known and most valuable brands in the world, including multinationals in the automotive, fashion, food, furniture, sports, entertainment, cosmetics, and textiles industries, in matters concerning the enforcement of their intellectual property rights in cyberspace including copyright, design, trademark, brand-protection, anti-counterfeiting, and domain-name litigation worldwide.

Earlier in his career, John served as General Counsel for a venture-capital backed financial services company and Senior Counsel in the Special Federal Litigation Division of the New York City Law Department, Office of the Corporation Counsel, where he was responsible for litigating some of the City’s most high profile, controversial, and legally complex cases in the Southern and Eastern District Courts. In addition to litigating and trying individual cases, John was one of the primary attorneys representing the City of New York on a large-scale class action involving discovery with over one million documents. 

Mr. Graziadei is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law where he served as Editor of the Virginia Journal of International Law, Director of the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Team, and Director of the J. B. Moore International Law Society. He subsequently earned his Masters in Intellectual Property Law from the Università degli Studi di Torino and the World Intellectual Property Organization in Torino, Italy and Geneva, Switzerland.

Mr. Graziadei is a member of the American Bar Association, the International Trademark Association, and the New York City Bar Association where serves on the Entertaiment Law Committee and previously served as a member of the International Trade Committee.
